Shipping

We realize that shipping charges are expensive. We only charge the actual cost of shipping add NO handling fees to the shipping. We try to keep the costs down not not adding extras like catalogs or advertising to your package.


We can also ship by First Class Mail or Parcel Post however 1 to 4 weeks must be allowed for delivery especially if you are not in the United States.  International shipments can take up to 30 days by US Postal mail.
 
If First Class International or Priority Mail International do not show up under shipping options, these options are still available for most countries. Please contact us by phone, Live Chat or email for shipping rates.  
 
The following shipping options are available:
 
UPS – Delivery takes 1 to 8 business days to receive your package from the time it is shipped from Everbrite, Inc. depending on the shipping method you requested. NOTE for Canadian Customers: UPS charges an brokerage fee above customs on the back end to ship to Canada by ground. Aerosol cans must be shipped by UPS ground or Parcel Post but we recommend all other orders should be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or DHL to avoid these extra fees.
  • USPS – Priority Mail Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days to receive your package from the time it is shipped from Everbrite, Inc. First Class Mail is available for small packages. 
  • DHL and UPS is available for International Shipments. We can also ship by US Post Office. 
Only orders one gallon or less of liquid can be shipped by USPS. DOT regulations require that Aerosol cans cannot be shipped air and MUST be shipped by UPS Ground or Parcel Post. The California formulations (faster drying) of Everbrite and ProtectaClear must also be shipped Ground.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted if all of the following apply:
• Customer has Proof of Purchase. This includes the following: copy of or original sales receipt.
• The item(s) is in original condition, as when purchased. Opened cans of liquid coating cannot be returned because they leak during shipping if opened. You must call our office for authorization to return any package.   We will give you the correct address to return your package to.
We will credit your account for the items returned, however, we do not return the postage or shipping charges.

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refunded.

Canceling an Order
Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Everbrite, Inc. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. If your order is canceled before it ships we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included.)
