Shipping & Returns
We realize that shipping charges are expensive. We only charge the actual cost of shipping add NO handling or any other fees to the shipping.
We ship by UPS and the US Postal Service. When you add items to your cart, there is a Shipping Calculator button on the page so you can see the shipping options available.
The following shipping options are available:
US Postal Service - 1st Class Mail, Retail Ground and Priority Mail are NOT Guaranteed. Express mail is guaranteed for 1-2 days depending on location.
Postal Shipping Options (in the Continental U.S.)
USPS Retail Ground - Not Guaranteed - Only partial tracking.
First Class Mail - Not Guaranteed - Only partial tracking.
Priority Mail -Not Guaranteed - Full tracking.
Priority Mail Express - Guaranteed - Full tracking
Note: Retail Ground and 1st Class Mail are NOT tracked throughout the shipment and can look like they are stuck in the originating post office, even though they are in transit. Delivery timeframe delays due to weather and unforeseen events can occur.
If you want a guaranteed delivery or if you are in a hurry, you may want to consider UPS shipping. UPS delivery is usually guaranteed, but due to COVID-19, UPS is not currently guaranteeing their delivery times. The length of time for delivery depends on your location and the service you choose. We ship from Northern California and destinations in the Eastern U.S. will take 4-5 business days by Ground shipping with exceptions for weather or storms. See the map below for transit times.
Aerosols and CA Formulations Require Ground Shipment: DOT regulations require that Aerosol cans can not be shipped by air and MUST be shipped by ground. We suggest you choose UPS for guaranteed delivery of aerosols.
The California formulations (faster drying) of Everbrite™ and ProtectaClear® must also be shipped by ground.
Packages through the US Mail have a limitation of one gallon of liquid. If you order more than a gallon of liquid by mail, your order will arrive in separate packages.
NOTE for International Customers: UPS charges a brokerage fee above customs, duties and tax on the back end to ship to International Customers. We suggest that you purchase from our International Distributors if possible. Click Here for a link to our Distributor Page

Everbrite, Inc. Return and Cancellation Policy
Returns are accepted if all of the following apply:
• Customer has Proof of Purchase. This includes a copy of or the original sales receipt.
• Return is made within 120 days of purchase.
• The item(s) is unopened and is in original condition, as when purchased. Opened cans of liquid coating cannot be returned because they leak during shipping if opened.
•We will credit your account for the items returned in good condition. There is no restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• You must call our office for authorization to return any package. We will give you the correct return address. Please call 916-852-0200.
Please make sure to package the products with plenty of packing material so the items are protected from damage. Once we receive the undamaged package back, we will issue a refund for the products returned

Canceling an Order Before it is Shipped.
Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Everbrite, Inc. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. If your order is canceled before it ships we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included.)
